Hello Matrix,

Windows Language Packs (MUI) is only in Enterprise and Ultimate. You can to consult the Language Interface Pack (LIP) and see if it helps. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo ...

The information is like Ricky, to the entry of the language in which you write and edit in the language of your choice, you can upgrade professionally. Under the Start menu, select "Control Panel" and then "Clock, language and region," where you "Keyboards and Languages" - here you can use the keyboard, and select Change language. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo ...

Good luck!

Click Start, then click Control Panel.

Click the option in the task pane that says "Switch to Classic View" if you receive the "Control Panel" in "Category View".

Double-click Regional and Language Options. The "Regional and Language Options dialog box to close.

Click on the tab "Languages".

Used in "language in menus and dialog boxes, select the desired language.

Click Apply and OK.
