TSD credit cards without credit history, but I want to rent a car in 3 weeks. Who knows if I can with a prepaid credit card?

No, you can use a debit card, but most rental companies will hold a sale of the rental, plus an additional 150-200. Besides additional subscription may be required, such as invoices in your name, etc. It is better to call the store before you jump to avoid a delay. Hope this helps!

No pre-paid credit card. You can not accept a debit card and in most places. I've tried.
